port of mergers and acquisitions, as well as in other national and inter-
national level company transactions.

Our areas of work include the coordination of necessary measures for
the acquisition or sale of companies or parts of companies, both by way
of share transfer and the transfer of business operations as such. These
may take special forms, such as for example within the scope of a limited auction sale or a management buy-out through participation in risk capital.

Due to our international orientation, one focus of our activity lies in the
support of foreign investors acquiring German companies. This support
also includes the obtainment of necessary legal anti-trust approvals for
a company acquisition. Similarly, we also act on behalf of German compa-
nies on the seller side and accompany them during the acquisition process
with foreign investors.

We of course also offer the services necessary for the integration of newly acquired companies, as for example the development of a holding structure and reorganizations aimed at adapting to the existing corporate structure - including with respect to contract management issues.
