Sales and purchasing



Our consultation in sales law begins with the selection of the sales system
that is most suitable for the national and international business activities of
our clients. The individual needs of our domestic and foreign clients are also central in establishing the legal form of sales and distribution, together with
the necessary contracts. In this spirit we design and develop for example
national and international supply agreements, sales representative and
dealership contracts and know-how, licensing and cooperative agreements
for our clients. Anti-trust and European law perspectives of course enter into
our consultations, for example in the case of an existing group exemption re-
gulation. Conversely, we provide comprehensive advisory and organizational
support to our clients when purchasing merchandise and services.
